A Wonderful Meal ...

I feel that it is the duty of all mankind to share with ones fellow man what quality of work he is doing. Well I want to share with one and all that Shane ... when it comes to BBQ Pork ... is doing a wonderful job. I started eating his BBQ only a few weeks ago and It truly does mesure up. I will give the BBQ Pork a 9.78 out of 10 nad the Sauce ( HOT ONLY ) a 9.98 out of 10 and the BBQ Beans a respectable 7.01 out of 10 and the Fries a 9.01 out of 10 and an over all score of WOW! I find the BBQ Pork to be very well rounded in flavor and texture I simply must reserve the score of 10 for when I get to Heaven and see what BBQ God serves ... if it is the same BBQ that Shane serves in his locations then his BBQ will get the 10 until then I will say that it is the best that I have had so far. The Sauce served by Shane ( HOT ONLY ) is well balanced and does not ever over power the meat ... I do not care for the Orignal or Medium editions of the Sauce served at the restaurants. The BBQ Beans are a smooth and relaxing side ... however they receive a much lower score because they lack in bite and pop. I think that if some hot peppers were added to the BBQ Beans this would advance the score and flavor in a vey positive way. I do say that simply put the Fries served at the restaurants are more than expected ... they score higher than thoes from Ronald Mc Donald whose were once rated as the best in the country.

The bottom line is Shane is doing wonderful with great food at a very honest price and customer service too!
